Mods or experts weird question here. What if you were an athlete that only had to run say a 40 yard dash once or twice a month and your only use of winstrol was to get a better time. First of all if you are using orals how long before your 40 would you take your dose? Would that help at all anyway? And what would be a good dose for a guy 225lbs? I've asked a ton of questions about winny because the thing is I don't really want to stress my liver out. I don't need anymore size or strength I just need speed. I'm 6'4" 225 lbs. 6% body fat. My bench is 375 which I can live with cause I have long arms. I just need more speed for these stupid tests. Thanks for the help.

So what sport do you compete in that you only need better 40 times twice a month. Do you not need to be faster and stronger for the sport in which you compete????

As far as liver stress - you have pick one of the harshest anabolics on the market for liver stress - It is 17 aa.

I say you start over with your question, slow down and give us some more info on exactly what you want and exactly what your goals are along with a little more information on your past experience with AAS, ect.....

speed is highly technique intensive. you can train speed with both assisted and resisted sprinting, however, proper technique should be of primary importance to you. stride rate (or frequency) for example is more important to speed than is stride length. by making ground contact at your CG (or just a little in front of it), you minimize breaking forces and ground contact time and maximize backward foot velocity. assisted running can help train this type of foot placement and high stride rate and resisted running can improve explosive force production, however, please don't underestimate what you will gain by achieving perfect sprinting mechanics. if you're serious, find yourself a good sprinting coach and work with him/her, winstrol will not give you what you can get from that. at least in my opinion.

No I'm not a girl:-) My wifey and I share our account is all. Ok my training is in line. I do parachute sprints, plyometrics, etc. I work with a speed and conditioning coach. It's kinda a long story. I had 7 full rides to college ball and my wife got really sick. I started taking college courses to kill hospital time and lost my clearinghouse eligibility. I don't want to do gear long term for a few reasons. I do not need size or strength or skill. I know what I need in terms of speed because some coaches have told me. I want to see what the best that I'm capable of is. Mr. X once told me that winny would be the best for me in terms of sprinting. Hope that helps you guys out. I really appreciate your feedback, honestly. I spend hours researching this stuff. But I promise you on everything that my food and my training are dead on. I've never used aas before. My only supplements right now are NO2, creatine, gluatamine, aminos before bed and a multivitamin. I get roughly 250 grams of protein a day and I watch the fats, but with 3 a day workouts I eat all the carbs I want. I take a protein shake before I go to sleep. And I get at least 9hours of sleep every night. I take wednesdays completely off from training. I do Tom Green's sprinting program with a coach and I guess that's about it.

College ball??? Can you narrow it down?

If you train alot, winny can cause problems with your joints and will have a negative impact on your athletic performance.

Will you be tested for AAS???

Great.

I'd say the culprit would be your technique rather than your choice of 'athletic pharmaceuticals'. Keep working with your speed and conditioning coaches, and have them videotape your sprints if possible.

Other than that, good luck.

i took a look at something on Green's program and from what i can see it's quite a comprehensive program for speed strength and speed endurance. i couldn't find anything explaining the proper mechanics of sprinting, however, which is quite different from sprint training for strength and endurance. mechanics are everything to sprinting, or at least optimum sprinting. if what you say is correct, that you don't need any more in the way of training (which i feel is improbable), then working on body composition is all that's left as far as i'm concerned. e.g., making yourself lighter without losing any strenth. i agree with what the other gentlemen here have told you, look harder at your mechanics and consider the downsides of winstrol. i've heard some horror stories about what winstrol can do to your joints. i realize this is probably falling on deaf ears as 100% of the people i talk to feel things like that never happen to them, however, if you do some more homework on this one, i'm pretty confident you'll find that many will agree with what you're reading here. i'm actually currently faced with a similar situation in that i have fairly recently begun olympic-style weightlifting. proper technique, not brute strength makes big lifts. i have plenty of experince with AS and based on that experience i can honestly say that not one of them will get me to the goals i have set for myself with olympic lifting. i am 100% confident that proper technique will, however. we're talking about perfecting a skill, and that does not come in pill or injectible form. i know that's not the answer you wanted to hear but i hope you consider it instead of learning the hard way.
