i took a look at something on Green's program and from what i can see it's quite a comprehensive program for speed strength and speed endurance. i couldn't find anything explaining the proper mechanics of sprinting, however, which is quite different from sprint training for strength and endurance. mechanics are everything to sprinting, or at least optimum sprinting. if what you say is correct, that you don't need any more in the way of training (which i feel is improbable), then working on body composition is all that's left as far as i'm concerned. e.g., making yourself lighter without losing any strenth. i agree with what the other gentlemen here have told you, look harder at your mechanics and consider the downsides of winstrol. i've heard some horror stories about what winstrol can do to your joints. i realize this is probably falling on deaf ears as 100% of the people i talk to feel things like that never happen to them, however, if you do some more homework on this one, i'm pretty confident you'll find that many will agree with what you're reading here. i'm actually currently faced with a similar situation in that i have fairly recently begun olympic-style weightlifting. proper technique, not brute strength makes big lifts. i have plenty of experince with AS and based on that experience i can honestly say that not one of them will get me to the goals i have set for myself with olympic lifting. i am 100% confident that proper technique will, however. we're talking about perfecting a skill, and that does not come in pill or injectible form. i know that's not the answer you wanted to hear but i hope you consider it instead of learning the hard way.
