I believe the dosage is .125 mg per pound of body weight.
So if you are 200 pounds, 25mg a day.
I would say 25mg a day even if you are under 200 pounds.
I'd run 30mg a day if you could afford it.
Also, I would run it for 8 weeks.
You will see good results, not amazing, but will defintely see a gradualy increase in size and strength.
