So if you order LEGAL MUSCLE online with a credit card - will law enforcement have record of that? Won't it look kind of suspicious to have ordered a book about what to do if you are caught with steroids? What would a prosecutor say "Why did you have this book if you were not ordering AS?"

If you are caught with steroids, uh, they don't need the book as evidence.

I can think of a variety of objections to introduction of the book as evidence.

This sounds like a dumb question to me. Do you really think law enforcement monitors every credit card order you make??

This is like having a criminal Code and a book about criminal laws/cases while being busted for drugs. There's no relation between both. The book is about the law, no how to convert fina pellets or how to make meth in your basement.

Well, its not really a book about law in general...its a book about the law and steroids specifically. The same way a book about theft and the law is not a general law book.

The police get a tip you robbed a bank, they find cash matching numbers of dollars stolen from a bank buried on your property - you say you have no idea how it got there -anyone could have buried it there - but then they find a book titled "Robbing a bank and the law" in your house...hhhmmm.

You have a clean house - your computer is sanitized - a package from China mailed to your address is intercepted - you deny any knowledge of it, you say it must be some mistake and its not yours - but while the police interview you they spot a book about the legalities of steroids.....hmmmm.


Do I think the gov't can watch everything we order on a credit card --- YOU DON"T ? ! They can know every book you check out of the library -

When a website is popped, information is given up about everyone who paid with a credit card. Its similar to the satelite (free tv)websites that get raided. This is when you should worry. I don't believe the police would want to look through your credit card statements unless you were a big threat to the community, but hell yes they will find a way too do so.
