I was leaving WalMart yesterday. Had my groceries in the car pulling down the parking lot. Well the car in front of me stopped to wait on a parking space close to the front entrance.

That's fine. I understand some people (non-handicap) have to park real close because their fat asses are too lazy to walk an extra 20 yards in the lot. (besides these people are going to walk whenever they get inside anyways, right?)

The things that pissed me off is 1.) the people just started unloading their groceries, which means it will take a while plus they had to return the cart. All the while there are like 8 cars accumulating behind this guy waiting. 2.) the prick stops dead in the middle of the aisle way so nobody can go around his stopped car.

I honked the horn and would've got out and said something to this asshole, but he had about 3 kids & a woman in the car, so that wouldn't have looked good on my part.
Damn stupid/lazy people. Why can't the sniper take out people like this instead. Why oh why?

Then again, just maybe the sniper is a lazy guy who was yelled at by someone in a parking lot and got the motivation to go out and shot productive people.

I wondered that too. I wondered that, while on the surface, the sniper looks to be a horrible person.
but in reality, maybe he is just out avenging bad drivers and day to day morons.

obviously it is a lot different when it isn't your family he is killing, so until then, I'm just gonna hope that he is following people that signal left and turn right, then he sets up and cleans the gene pool.

besides, it doesn't look to be acts of retribution against current stupidity, but retroactive for previous acts.

I think I could start doing just that - eliminating all the stupid people. Yes, I would be the judge of who is stupid and who isn't.

Instead of shooting them, I'd simply walk upto them and put some C4 explosive superglued onto them. Then say "this is for being stupid, biatch" right before I hit the detonator.

perhaps the sniper is just closer to the lord than I am and gets such privledges.
then again, he says he is god himself.

seems that if I were god, I'd just get someone else to do it for me and then take a nap.

Your theory would only work if he advertised it. You cannot kill every stupid person alive. But you can kill a few, then state why you killed them and exactly what behavious will get you killed; you would be amazed how pwoples' behavior will change.
