One more clen question

ok im taking them 5 a day 5 days on and 2 days off, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with ECA in between, my question is i take 2 in the morning, should I take 1 before wrestling practice and 2 before I lift, or 2 before practice and 1 before I lift, or any other way that would work best?
 
No, no no!

Dont take clen then go do something strenous. Your asking for heart problems or if you take to much clen, a heart attack. go 2 weeks on 3 weeks off, IMO. I try to wake up at 4:00 in the morning, take them, go back to bed. This is so i dont feel it while im working out.
 
I would go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.....no need to go 2 on 3 off. If you have not used clen in the past, start with 1 or 2 tabs to see how your body reacts to it then work your way up to 5. I personally take all of them at once because of clens half life there is no reason to spread the doses throughout the day.

where do you get your information? that is terrible advice

have you done either way yet?...i say take 1 b4 practice...2 b4 you work out....wrestling practice is pretty intense..or at least it was when i was in it....

if that doesnt work...do it the other way.....

Thats what i was thinkin, yeah its pretty intense and this is my first day on clen, so 1 before will we good to try, thanks H19, thats what i was lookin for the answer for:D :D

Clen speeds your heart up. So why in the FUCK would you take it before going to wrestling practice? Where the FUCK do you get your info!:(
 
just to let you guys know, i took 1 before practice and i felt awesome, I could breathe so much better and i had energy non stop, i love this shit!!!! i couldnt lift after practice today though, damn tendonitis:(
I'll go early tomorrow
 
You gotta find whatever you're comfortable with. I feel 2 before I workout whereas 1 I don't feel at all. I could pop 3 at a time and then go hard at the gym without any probs though, but that's me. Whatever works for you bro. Try 2 one time maybe before some light cardio and see how it hits you. If it's completely tolerable and your heart ain't gonna burst through your chest then go with 2.
 
Clen makes me tired like its suppose to if its wokring, maybe not tired but weary.
