One for Omega

Hey Omega,

I hear a lotta good things about your Products (I will be ordering Lipoflame end of the month), as well as the Omega Project.

Can you tell us a little about the Omega project? Im tempted to get involved.

i can speak from experience on this one. Omega will get your future goals, stats, and etc. then he will put together what he calls phase 1, this last 1 month i believe. Once that is done he will then make another routine up that hits the parts you want to concentrate more on and this is considered phase 2. Along the way he also gives diet and supplement advise. He will answer any question you have.

I started the program May 1st and it has been great. He has answered probably over 100 questions i've asked and never made me feel like a dumbass for asking. I highly recommend the program

his work is incredible -- his products are the same -- when I recover from spendin all this money on goods -- ill be partaking in Omega

i have a feeling within the next 1-1.5 weeks you will see something pretty awesome as far as my progress from the OMEGA PROJECT is concerned.

def stay tuned :heart: .

OMEGA does great work. He made a sport specific program for me and results have been outstanding, much better than I expected.

His diet is unlike the tradional bodybuilding diet, but is more effective IMO. I can't go into detail really.

Know this though, FORM IS EVERYTHING. The way he has you work, you won't push as much weight, so ego goes out the door. The muscle do ALL the work, so several things hapen:

1) Muscle get more stress, resulting in more growth.
2) Ligaments have less strain on them, reducing the risk of enegry, both to them and the joints themselves.
3) Form and mind muscle connection are very important, so you learn to FEEL every muscle group work much better. This makes sure you really work the desired muscle group well.
4) Through his lifting system, order, warm ups, ect (listed in his program) you maximize your time in the gym. No time or lifts are wasted. All have specific reasoning, both through his personal experience and through his studies.

No reason to doubt him. Hes worked with a lot of people, and I have never heard a negative thing from his training. I've lost fat, lost total weight, while adding a good deal of strength in EVERY lift I do. Well worth the money.

Omega!

Hey there. I was just trying to find ot more about the Omega program. One of the bro's added a thread where you advised someone to do 7 sets on the bench - flat and incline.

Reps between 12 -25. I just wondered what the rational was? The bro said the sesults were great.

just by looking at the workout omega provided, time under tension looks to be a huge focus as there are no lockouts or rest spots in the reps and the large number of reps keeps the muscle working longer. hypertrophy typically occurs when the muscle has been under tension longer than 20 seconds and under 60 seconds.
