1-Ad is a precursor to 1-Test. If you are using ONE+, then you already have the active hormone (1-Test) included in the stack. Using a precursor in conjunction is a waste of money and is probably useless when you could just up the dose of ONE+.

i dont think i can buy 2 bottels thats why.. but one AND 1-ad would the 1-ad help at all?
