Once or Twice a week

Hello. I just started a new cycle that has 500mg of Sust a week. I have 250mg amps. Should I take them both at once, or should I spread them apart during the week.
I am in the middle of week one so far and I took them both in one injection on Monday.
I have no problem with injecting several times during the week, so comfort is not a consideration. I would just like to get the most efficient use out of my cycle.
Any opinions would be most appreciated.

Ideally spreading out the dosage would be preferred. The idea being to maintain a constant level in the body, avoiding peaks and valleys. However the convenience of a single injection on a simple cycle like the above is also a consideration. The real decision maker might be if you were stacking and the volume of injectable was signifigant. Twice weekly injections would be much more preferable then to accomodate the volume as well as maintaining hormone levels...
