Once Cut, Now Fat... Help PLEASE!!

Because of some personal issues, have been out of my typical routine for about 10 months now. I've put the 'bad' weight on fast and would appreciate some advice on an affective and/or extreme cycle to cut back down.

Back into cardio but I need something to help speed the process and maybe help with muscle retone. Have tried DNP along win and clen in the past; But DNP's pretty nasty shit; Can anyone help with advice? I'll let the Karma flow like water..

Train hard, eat right, rest well. Get back on your routine for a little bit at least to the point where you were muscle-wise. Then get back on the juice.

What previous training background do you have?

What cycles have you done in the past as well?

What are your specific goals? 10 pounds of muscle back maybe? 30 pounds?

You said extreme cycle so I'm assuming maybe you have done a shitload of juice before if you're wanting an extreme cycle.

Last word of advice. It's not all about the juice.
 
Ok judging from your pm it seems you have a problem similar to a friend of mine actually except your genetics is even better as he gains muscle a an ok rate while you said you gain it really fast. Anyway I recommend another thermogenic substance other than clen. At this point I wouldn't advise t3 as well. A basic eca stack used 3 times a day should help you in increasing your metabolic rate. I'm actually using Stacker II's, Xenadrine EFX(2 times a day), and pure yohimbine hcl 3 times a day. As for steroids There is a ton you could use. Depeding on your funds and sources you could take anavar, winstrol, primobolan, masteron. Even GH can help you but it has to be taken for a while to really notice any appreciable effects. You said hardcore and I'm giving you some options on what you can take. Shit you could even just take some t3 and all of the above listed but be ready to swim if you wanna jump in the water bro because their are consequences to all of this too. Even if you don't notice it immediately if you get hooked long term you may start to see the ill effects both physically and mentally. Be patient bro. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. :)
 
The safest, most effective way to lose the fat is to enhance your genetic fat burning--HGH: Armour thyroid; high protein, low carb, moderate fat diet, appropriate weight training. In three to six months, you will see great progress. Many of my clients follow this regimen with success. Once the fat is lost, proper maintenance cycles are critical.
 
Cut out a lot of carbs, this is making you hold onto water which makes you look fat.

After 2-3 weeks of cutting them down, you should lose about 10-15 pounds, depending on level of exercise. Keep carbs at about 100-150 grams a day, switching it up each day. Eat about 200-300 grams 1 day out of the week.

Im currently on HGH and T3/T4 Armour Thyroid (with 20mg of Turinabol a day) ...Looking to drop bodyfat %...

Have been on HGH for 4iu a day now for 3 months and just started taking Armour Thyroid, but unsure on how much to take. Each tab is 84mcg total T3 and T4 I think... (They are white and round shaped, maybe you seen the same?)

How should I use the Armour Thyroid?

after married it took me 5 months to stop eating everything in site. Cut fast foods (that was the hardest for me) only to maybe 1once a week. If you slolwy shrink your gut and stop gorging (not saying that's what you do, but that is what I did) you will reduce your gut significantly. It may take 5 months, but in 2 months you can make a drastic change. Speed up training with weights ( no more 5 minutes rest between sets) and try to hit cardio 20 min after training session...you should be good. Drugs help, but sometimes they don't. I hit test (small dose of 250) and hadn't taken it in years for my wedding, and instead of leaning out I looked like a fat pig. Now I am on more test and getting leaner and leaner, but honestly it depends on how much fat your carrying.
