I have always prided myself in my physical condition, strength and good health because I work at it and enjoy doing so. But I really went off the deep end this weekend and I felt like shit all day because of it, mentally.
Thursday I went out and had 2 very strong margaritas and a beer. Friday, I had 4 beers. Got 2 hours of sleep and went to work for 12 hours. Saturday, I had 2 very strong drinks, got 3 hours of sleep and went to work for 12 hours. I was hallucinating at work from fatigue. This is a quick path to physical destruction of all I've worked for, for so many years. Just needed to air it out in the open for therapy.
