But if you want results from your creatine product use either Swole or SAN's V12. I have used both and both of them rock! The reason for this is that creatine mono is only 50% absorbed by the body. these 2 products contain Tricreatine Malate with is about 96% absorbed, they also contain a betain-glycocyamine mix that helps your body to produce more of it's own creatine! Benefits of V12 over Swole are AKG(Blood pump like NOX2 from Pinnacle) and NAC-L-Glutamine which helps with the communication between l and r sides of brain thus a better mind muscle connection. yeah swole is awesome..... and i have quite a few customers that backed me up. I havent tried V12 but i def will. I use 2 scoop of swole the night before my morning works out......ofr some reason it seems to work extremely well, even better than if i split the doses...i dont know but i feel like my arms are gonna explode when i do that.....ill try i tout some more and let you know
 
i have been using the IDS creatine titrate....pretty good i guess, better then regular creatine...i will give Swole a try, have some TRAC in my desk...nothing was like the very original EAS creatine....probably because it was the first time i used it, but i gained 15lbs on it, i kept about 10 of them....it also helped that i was able to lift harder and longer on it.

The problem with having glutamin in your creatine is that they both bind to the same receptor sites. So in a sense they are competing for them. Or so I've heard. Any thoughts?
 
well the thing is....more creatine is gonna give you more stregth , or the energy to lift more (ATP regeneration), more glut will increase plasma levels in the muscle increasing swell, I think the idea behind alot of these products is for swell not so much increase in strength, but they all use higher bioavailable forms of creatine too. SO WHO KNOWS lol....they def work better in the swell sence then creatine but i dont know about strength and pure creatine ( or atleast like titrate etc...) any one have experience with each??? i know stregnth was up with me on plain creatine but i was also power lifting i am lifting more bodybuilding style now.
 
If swole is what ya want and swole is what ya get then it sounds like the supp is working perfectly for you :)
