I say 5-10 lbs because I don't know the limit of my genetics. When I was 19 and started training, I weighed 179 lbs, around 14%bf, now at 20.5 I am 212 around 10% bf. I'm not sure how much more my muscles can grow... Gains are slow as hell now, but I guess that's part of the game. I think with good nutrition, hard training w/proper intensity cycling I should be good for the next few years.
