On = Off ?

Does on equal off include pct time or just the 10 weeker or whatever your pleasure may be. If I came off 10 weeker Aug 16, can i get back on 10 weeks from Aug 16 or 10 weeks from end of pct which will be Sept 16 . Thanks.

dude you can go on when ever you want. if you are using the on off method, that would include pct in your time off. 10 wk cycle + pct= time off.

time on + pct = time off is just a general rule of thumb!! some recover fatser than others, some take longer than the rec. the only real way to know is to have your blood work done!! if you have a few cycles under your belt you will understand how your body recovers

Ive done time on = time off and have also done less then this when i felt recovered. My only concerns are issues of sterility. I would like to have kids in the next 5 years. I use HCG for PCT and sometimes on cycle. I would assume more time on would be more of a risk of havinbg a problems with fertility. I know some guys have got their girls pregnant on cycle but I'd like to know real world chances of being sterile following a few years of heavy cycling. We aren't talking BB dosages but have gone up to 2000mg a week at times. Anyone with thoughts on this?
