On for too long?

I'm at 8 weeks now of 500/wk of sust and 300/wk of Deca.
I have some winny left but will need more if i'm gonna add it in.
My question is what can I do now? I hate the DECA, it makes me very gyno sensitive and I have to run nolva unlike even high doses of my fav EQ.
I've put on roughly 15 pounds during this cycle, and dont particularly want any more size, but would like to retain as much muscle as I can and for once in my life be cut instead of just big. So before I go throwing around diff gear mixes, I would like to instead just get everyones input on it.
IF you were at this point, what would you do to reach such a goal? keep on cycling or take a break and stick to a firm cardio and dieting schedule? The diet and cardio are gonna be the hardest to stick to and most important I know. But I love being on and just want to know if I can stretch this one out without posing any real health issues to myself or wasting gear. So what do you guys think?

If you come off don't go directly from a bulk to cutting. You need to keep your calories up to let your body adapt to the new muscle. As far as staying on 8 weeks really isnt that long but its a personaly decision and comes down to knowing your body. Also I would think it may be the test making you feel some signs of gyno and not the deca if nolva is helping it. IGF-1 post cycle seems to be a good thing to do but I have not yet tried it.
 
I've never really had any problems with the test and gyno when under 750 a week. The difference is def the deca. But moreso I'm wondering if I can switch off to maybe 10 more weeks of EQ and tren or winny or 2 cycles of 6 on/4 off of IGF-1 and some PCT. preferably the second.!!
 
i dunno if i totally understood ur post....but i think u said u take nolva to battle deca gyno...which wont do anything bc deca aromatizes into progesteron and not estrogen...you need some dostinex

I would run PCT, then start a firm training, cardio and dieting regiment. If you reached your goals there is no need to stay on the cycle.
 
I recently ended a Test E/Deca cycle. I gained 19lbs and so far have kept 14lbs or so. But what I do notice is I'm more cut now then ever before. I did lose a little size but the definition that I’ve gained FAR outweighs the loss in girth.

Stick out your cycle as planned then work on cutting the excess fat after PCT. You'll have all that extra LBM to aid in calorie burning. Not to mention you'll lose a ton of water weight after the Deca clears from your system. You may be happy with the results from that alone. Good luck.
 
By the way, I went 12 weeks and ended my cycle with 50mg ED of Winny for 6 weeks. I planned it so the Winny went past my last shots by 2 weeks.
