Yup, it is good stuff. I picked up some in Cancun last summer and used it for my post cycle.

Ive only used two types of Clomid: Anexin a generic from Spain I believe and boy DID IT SUCK and Mexico's Omifin which is fucking gooood!

I'm curious. What would lead you to believe that it's fake? Clomid is not in short supply and isn't a controlled substance. Also Serono makes SEROFENE in Mexico as well. You will know Omifin tabs b/c they are a dead give away-big hockey puck like tabs that are brittle and scored down the middle.
