MONDAY STARTED DOIN.....

-------DECA 200/WK 1-8
-------D-BOL 20/MG/DAY 1-4


SO FAR MY WEIGHT JUMPED TO 172 AND LIFTIN JUST A BIT MORE.......NOTHING MAJOR....BUT ITS COMIN..I HAVE A FEELING :D

you're using a pretty light cycle. but hey, if your happy with your results , than more power to ay. :)
 
Dont listen to anyone that tells you that you arent doing enough. No one knows how your body is going to react to these drugs, not even you if it is your first cycle.

Bro, it looks great. Don't let people get you caught up in the dosage game. Test the waters like you are doing now. Best way to do it.

By the way, great gains! Probably some water, but hey, even that shit gets me excited. I just started another one, went up 6lbs in 3 days, I know all water, but still exciting. Good luck, and keep growing!
 
Thats a nice little starter cycle bro, make sure you eat well. You should grow nicely off this. Wait till week 3 or 4 to see the gains really come.

Super, I think you meant he could have gotten that way in a year perhaps with proper training, rest and nutrition. I agree, but I've come to realize that no matter what we tell people like Doofy, and other kids like that who could do really well without, if they just applied themselves for a few years, that they will just go juice anyway. So, might as well try to be helpful so they don't get hurt. Besides, out of all the guys with stats like this, this guy is the only one who isn't taking insane amounts of stuff. Have to give him some credit for that at least.

But yeah, too bad some of these guys don't just try hard work, eating, etc for 3 or 4 years before considering the juice. I'm convinced the ones that say they can't gain weight are doing foo foo exercises, and eating egg whites with tuna all day. If only they would do some chins, rows, deads, squat, clean and press, etc, etc. Then eat some whole eggs, whole milk, some steaks etc, then I am sure the muscle would follow. But with todays "i want everything now!" attitude, that will probably never happen... sigh :rolleyes:
 
170 and starting. Congrats on the results, but I started out at 135 and worked up to 180 clean before jumping the dart.
 
For all of you guys supporting me.....thanks.....i really appreciate it.......makes me feel good to know that some bros on here are very caring and supportive of the anabolic underworld and its members. :D

And c3bodybuilding.......youre right......i had it stuck in my head that I was going to do it.....so those who just supported me helped me out alot more than those flaming me for doing it.....they werent about to change my mind

the cycle looks good. but don't be discouraged by slow gains. they are the most permanant, and the best way to go in my opinion. years of hard work, with slow and steady permanant lean gains. the thing is, with proper diet, you could gain 10 pounds of lean mass over that 10 week period naturally...but to each his own. i'm only saying that shit cause i got up to 215 first (from 6 years lifting naturally)
 
double the sust, drop the deca, take dBol to 35 mg/day and you'll go from 170 to 200 pounds in 8-10 weeks if you sleep enough and eat great with enough protein...
