but I like your idea of doing something like you suggested.
a thing I used to do.....but I nver exceeded 190lbs
I was getting an incline bench, and cleaning a bar with 190 on it, leaning back with it, then pressing out 12 reps with it, then sitting up with it and putting back on the ground
I am going to workout tommorrow though
I think I am just going to go every other day....I can manage that.
