Glad somebody finally got their act together... I used to be a Sysadmin, not for a website though, but for an NT4 corporate Network (200 servers)... I would have been fired for what happened here today... on the spot: messed up time-zone issue and then downtime? with a couple of thousands users online???

The site lives on functionality and uptime. You mess those, you get a couple thousand furious paying customers...

Glad it is over and that somebody wrote a Lessons Learned report (hopefully)
