a little off subject but this got me thinking for a while lets see what you guys have to say about this, if a small egg has about 5-6 grams of protein how come an extra large egg provides you with the same amount of protein? I would think that the extra large egg would have more egg whites right!?

I'm in the U.K and a medium sized egg here has 7g protein, a large egg here has 12.5g protein.
