Hi.. its sooooo fricken hot here...we got up early to try and ride, put on about 50mi said forget it...so ive been at the pool for hours...i have great tan lines. LOL...am i helping?

I know how ya feel! I went on vacation at the beginning of the month with all good intentions of still training and dieting. That all went out the window on Day 2! LOL! Vacation shouldn't mean vacation from everything but it usually works out that way.
