Ok I waxed just about everything.

Man did that hurt, the back the most, jeebus. But after a few days of redness I look and feel pretty good!

What's the best way to maintain? Should I wax every other month and shave in between? Or switch methods such as shaving and nail or nads?

It just depends on how smooth you want to stay. You'll have to let the hair grow back out to about 3/8" before you can wax it again.

Well it's kind of a funny story. This little Vietnamese women ( just the kindest little thing) was doing the work. With her talking to me and administering pain to me I thought I was a POW in 'nam.. I would have talked.

Don't shave. Get it done about once p/month.

You have to let a bit of hair grow again before you can have it waxed. Also scrub with a loofah to prevent ingrown hairs.

The hair that grows back will eventually become less course and sparser.

Thanks Bikinimom, I shaved once and it wasn't a nice experience, but I have been scrubbing with that loofah thing and I do not have a single ingrown hair!

As a side note, it has changed my skin as well as I am smoother than I have ever been in my life. Some faint stretch marks went away after waxing.

The hair that is starting to grow back is finer and pulls out MUCH easier.. whew..
