Ok how do I fix this blessed computer screen!!!??

Somehow this afternoon I screwed my browser size up. It really pisses me off cause it's nothing I did intentionally. I had multiple windows up and closed them all out and now my remaining screen is 1" short from the top, showing the desktop in it's place. I cannot drag it wider with the cursor. I tried clearing the files/history and rebooted and am still left with this problem.

Once again I turn to the pc experts of EF because of my incompetence. Any idears? Thank you!

Yes, exactly. In fact, the arrow isn't even showing up when the cursor hits the boundaries. I have no damn idea.
