I can get either test entha or test prop or test susp.
I am getting feedback on all of them and entha and prop are hand i hand, but i have heard prop hurts like hell.

am i ok with test entha? i only have 8 weeks for the cycle. or do entha 8 weeks and dbol hte first four?

42 years old, lifting for years, 5'8 190lbs
goal is to increase the size of my arms and legs
would rather go for nice size muscles defined than huge but undefined. But i must get my arms and legs bigger.

A defined look is more what i opt for than a huge look. diet is good, i eat 6 times a day, and i am up to 3000 calories a day. hour andhalf in the gym, one hour of
weights, half hour of fat burning cardio.
 
Cycle with ENANTHATE at least 10-12 weeks Cycle w/dbol to kickstart the first four weeks. A Cycle with prop 8 weeks is fine no need to kick start it with Dbol but many more injections and yes it hurts a lot more. Sus cycle I would say also min 10-12 weeks no need to kick start w/Dbol but if you wanted to it would not hurt. Much more injections than ENANTHATE and hurts more too (I have never ran Sus but the pain is what has been said a million times from those who have).

id run the enan. for 10-12 weeks @ 500wk. with good diet and cardio, along with a good ai, you should have good results.
 
You should take the time to research a little more about half lifes and short verses long acting esthers in order to realize what to take and why it will help you in the long run when you decide to do more cycles after this because more than likely you will.
 
well i have read that prop especially and susp have a shorter half life than enth. i read that you have to inject prop 3 to 4 times a day. There is no way i can do that, working 12 hour shifts.
I can easily do two 250 mg of the enan in a week, but not more that that, my job limits my freedom.
but as i see, the minimum requirement for enan for best results is 10-12 weeks
 
The type of test is trivial compared to the effect your diet will have on your desired results.
But I would still go w/ E.

OUCH. That would get old real quick. I don't think I'd have enought spots for that.

The type of test ESTHER does matter how you plan your cycle, however. Depends on when it will kick in and whether you should kick start your cycle or not. It depends on when you start your PCT after your last inject. Sust is a blend of short mid and long acting esthers like Super test. Test E, more than likely, is not even going to kick in for at least three weeks so to do an 8 week cycle is short

But I said on results. So when he is done his cycle his diet will have had a much greater impact on the final outcome rather than if he used prop or E.

Yeah! And the fact he has not done much research about gear let alone diet and excersize routines will surely prove dissapointing unless he commits to a lot more research.

Yes that is true. My statement was based on that everything else was in place. If it isn't then it will be a shitty cycle anyways and it will not matter if he is using prop or E.
 
I may have made a mistake on the steroid statment, i have read so much my head is spining, but do not underestimate my diet and excersize, i do no that part of it real well.

dont judge so quickly on one mistake, i am here to benefit from your expertise.

Alot of people think they have a good diet and don't.
Do you know how many P/C/F/Cals you get everyday?
What does your diet consist of?
I know the head spinning feeling. Whenever you dive head first into this area the amount of info. is phenomonal. Let it soak in and keep on researching.
