Ok, Does Ala Work Or Not?

I BELIEVE I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST PERSONS TO POST ABOUT ALA.
BUT ALA STILL SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE TO ME. I WANT TO KNOW ONCE AND FOR ALL. DOES ALA WORK LIKE INSULIN OR IS IT ALL HYPE. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ENOUGH STUDIES TOO BACK UP THE CLAIMS.

THE REASON I ASK IS BECAUSE IT JUST SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I MEAN EVERY PERSON BODY'S IS DIFFRENT. SO NOT EVERYONE MAY RESPOND TO ALA. I GUESS I AM JUST LOOKING FOR REALLY STRONG PROOF, AND NOT PLACEBO EFFECTS.

I bought the wrong ALA damn it this sucks should work the same right? Alpha Linolenic aAcid

Alpha linolenic acid is an omega 3 fatty acid , it is not even close to alpha lipoic acid. Initials can be tricky...

You seem to be missing the big point. Just because supplement xyz works for one person doesn't mean it will work the same for another. Quit relying on what others say works and try it out for yourself. Use ALA for a few weeks and if you notice a difference then you have your answer. If you don't notice anything then quit using it. It's really that simple. There has been lots of posts about this exact subject, one of them is even sticky, yet you still come here asking this question. Consensus is that it works. If you can't come to terms with this then don't use the damn stuff.
