I guess it depends on how strict you're cutting. I know for myself the first thing to go is Liquid Calories... Hell, other than protein shakes I don't even take liquid cals off season.

Over the past 2 months I have only drank water, protein shakes, and maybe 1-2 diet cokes a week. I was just at breakfast and I normally don't get enough cals for breakfast so I thought to myself, let's have a glass. But then 20 min later I was like, i don't think oj is a good drink while cutting. I'm not ultra strict with my cutting right now and thats mostly because my school cafeteria makes it hard but i try my best. Down to 277 from 292
