I've been on this program for about two months and its the whip. I went from 180 too 212 naturally. I'm about two start a cycle of Sust and Trenbalone. Heres how it works.

Remember this is strictly for mass and strength so its a (two on one off) program. You can pick your own excercises but keep it basic and heavy, none of this sculpting bullshit.

Monday: you do 1 excercise for legs 1 for back and 1 for chest. In that order.

Tuesday: 1 for bi's, 1 for tri's and 1 for shoulders. In that order.

Wednesday: off (concentrating on nutrition and protien uptake)

Thursday: Same as monday but switch up excercises.

Friday: Same as tuesday but switch up excercises.

So you get the picture right? Your hitting each bodypart twice per week with different excercises. On the other hand your not overtraining because your doing only one hardcore excercise, about 4-5 sets per workout.

Alot of people will be skeptical because everybody likes volume work. I was the same way. Me and a buddy did this when I was stationed in Korea and it is the shit.
 
Not sure where that program came from, but doing chest/legs/back in the same day sucks balls IMHO. OSU just hired a new strength/conditioning coach, LOL, maybe this shitty ass program had something to do with it.
 
Yea those workouts are rough but again your only doing one set per. Its alot like a power lifting routing. Your probably just scared! Ill post some pics soon.. They speak for themselves.
 
what most bbers don't realize is that a typical sports strength and conditioning weight training workout is different from a bber workout. this OSU program sounds pretty typical for a sports performance workout. remember the goal in most of sports is to get stronger or faster, it is not cosmetic
 
I use this program for the Mass and Strentgh. Thats all im concerned with at the moment. I have no desire too get ripped until I have enough size. I think 220 will be my goal. As for athletic performance or speed, I could give a shit about that. It works well for me is all im saying. I posted it because sometimes you need a break from the same ol shit. Just because Shawn Ray or some other mainstream poster child isn't doing it ,dosn't mean its not good..
