I've never tried the YES before. I just applied it to chest, adbdomen, and love handles, and lol it burns! Nice feeling actually..

Hopefully I'll get some nice results with my diet right now.

Just IMO you might want to cycle the Trex and Cardio breeze every 2 weeks. You start to get a tolerance after a little bit. My fiance has been cycling it and the results are amazing and you won't have to take like 6 trex to have the same effect after a few weeks.

Which sides should I rotate the AIFM? I'm currently on a 750mg sustanon cycle (just bumped it today from 500mg/week), and I don't feel bloated. Allthough I have had a bit sore right nipple when I push it in. I'm gonna go for 2 squirts of AIFM a day, or should I go for 2squirts twice a day? I feel like bumping it to twice a day afterwards instead, any comments on that?

I don't do the cardio in the morning, but should I still do the cardio breeze in the morning?

whay would you compare thermorexin too...an eca stack ...?t-3/clen...I was actually looking at the syntek site but there all out of the thermo there....perhaps this is a better product....I dont know the answer to that...ANYONE

you can do left forearm AM and PM or left forearm am, right forearm PM
followed by left hip, left shin, left top of foot etc.

ideally use at least 2-3 sites so that you dont use the same site more than 3 times a week (with higher dosing 3 sites is definitely reccomended)

you can use the CB to get up and going, it will stimulate metabolism regardless of activity
 
note- again reminder- rotate sites- use at least 2 preferably 3 or more.

sites:
forearms, wrists, upper arms, outer upper abs (riblets), shins, calves, top of feet, upper outer hips, inner thighs, quads (where semi vascular).

I just applied to my feet again, two pumps on right and one pump on left. Should I take alle three pumps on one feet/application site, or could I do as I did?

If I do Feet one day, Wrists another, hips the third day, shins etc? Or maybe just right feet one day, then left, etc?
 
Oh btw, I think I've started to notice reduction in soreness when I push a bit on the right nipple. I'll post up in a few days :)

I think its the shit...Got rid of the last of my gyno..and keeping gyno from coming back on a huge cycle....I thinks its one of the tops AI's around...

1-5 50mg dbol
1-12 800mg of test
1-10 600 mg of deca

Im very gyno prone...I can look at dbol and get lumps
