Oh please help me... diet problems

OK, I'm on my second post, so I'm still a newb... :)

I've been training for 3 1/2 years... I started at 170, now I'm up to 230. My diet is good... I eat at LEAST 1.5g/lb bodyweight every day. Mainly chicken, tuna, milk, protein powder... etc...

Problem is, I've just moved, and in the process I've put on about 5 pounds of fat... at least I assume it's fat. I found a good gym, and I've actually incorporated cardio after my weight training.. about 30 min.

I've been bad, and have been eating out for lunch every day... I can't really help it... I need to stay in good with my boss(es), I stick to the basics, but I think maybe my additional 500 or so calories a day are really hurting me...

Bottom line... WHY is it that when I work out for 10 hours a week (at least), and I actually eat ONE BAD MEAL a day, I immediately put on this weight!?!!?! I work with people who eat out for every meal, but yet, have less bodyfat than I do!!?!?!?! I kill myself in the gym... sure, I'm real big and all, but this is distressing... I actually follow a diet and have one bad meal andit all goes to hell?!?!?!

ARgh! OK I'm venting...

I hate people with fast metabolisms!!!!;)
