Off-the-gym while off-cycle?

The things that helps ME keep most gains is to get off the gym, i.e. not train at all when off-cycle.
It may not work for everyone, but works for me!
Anyone had similar experiences?

yeah sure...and don't do any PCT either...try recovering naturally.

i can't understand how this would be possible.

That's the silliest thing i've EVER heard!!!
Everyone KNOWS that when on a cycle your not suppose to workout at all, like Come on! And when off cycle you've got to hit that gym like it owes you money and eat as many bags of deep fried curly fries as you possibly can. Like really
