This whole thing is causing smaller hospitals to be bought up left and right. HCA, CHS, etc are growing so fast it's ridiculous.

Lots of other companies are afraid to try to grow because they don't know how this will affect them yet. Makes my job shitty.

If that's the case, we're going to just let people die in the name of holding Congressional seats?

If they really believe their own rhetoric about the law saving lives, what they are doing is trading lives for votes.

What else is new, they only care about what they need now; not what they said a min ago or what is good for the country in 5 years.

I stopped worrying seriously about Obamacare ever coming to frightful reality after I saw the money part of it. There is no money to pay for any of it, and no doctors want to work for free, and no insurance companies want to file chapter 11, so it's never going to really happen. This is the first sign of that truth. And if people actually signed up for it, they'd want to GTFO as soon as they tried to get an appointment to see a doctor, and wound up seeking a Native American medicine man in stead, based on availability.
