Guys
I have lately been having for lunch 3 chicken breasts with 2 litres of water and an oatmeal flapjack from the canteen at school..I just need your advice on whether taking this daily was good or bad ( the flapjack!)
there are no calorie details but the ingredients are really simple, oatmeal, hydrogenated veg oil, raw sugar cane syrup and raw sugar cane..any ideas..I am getting nervous the more I have them..I thought they were good at first but may be a source of massive hidden carbs!!
