O/T Why wont my fuckin avatar change

Here I am trying to change my avatar but lo and behold it will not work for the life of me. I tried having no avatar then choosing a new one....tried simply changing from one to the other but nothing will work.

Can anyone help me out?

Delete your internet cached files and internet history. This worked for me.
