did anyone watch the o reilly factor today? he had on eric dezenhall to talk about george clooneys attacks on o reilly.
o reilly asked why clooney responeded so visciously, and dezenhall basically said 'becuase celebrities aren't used to being asked hard, intelligent questions. they are used to being asked 'why are you so attractive' or 'whats your new movie', and a system has been designed to pressure journalists to not rock the boat by asking hard questions'.
i thought his honesty was refreshing. because they aren't used to being asked important questions.
i think o reilly & dezenhall were in cahoots, as celebrities get asked hard questions all the time. they must have been trying to portray clooney & o reilly's other detractors as incompetent, knee jerk boobs. which, by the way, was one of the tactics (i think) dezenhall listed in his book on spin doctoring.
