Dear Friends:
You are receiving this e-mail because we need your guidance and help. You
have patronized Crobar in either Chicago, Miami or both, or know us through
our other ventures, Angelina, Neo, Oo-La-La! or Lola Miami. The
Crobar experience is always one of high quality and great enjoyment - we are
committed to being responsible nightlife operators while providing our
clientele with incredibly beautiful dance venues with not only great DJs but
interesting people. We have been very lucky and successful in both Miami and
Chicago and are now about to embark upon our next big step - NEW YORK CITY!
As such, we write to you to ask for your help. We face a series of hearings
before we can be granted a liquor license for Crobar - NYC and need to
identify people living in Manhattan (especially Chelsea, the Village, Hell's
Kitchen or the Flatiron area) or in the surrounding neighborhoods who would
be willing to write letters supporting our application and who might be
willing to testify on our behalf. You've known us for years - you know we
operate quality establishments and that we will be an incredible boon to NYC
- help us make our case. If you, or someone you know can help out - contact
our government affairs consultant, Dirk McCall at [email protected], with your
contact information and he will send you a draft letter to the New York State
Liquor Authority and provide you with the information on the hearing dates
before the local planning board (Community Board 4, Manhattan). Time is of
the essence, so write quick or have your friends contact us.
We appreciate your support, friendship and continued patronage!
Best wishes,
Paolo, Cal and Kenny
I (lostdog) dont personally work for crobar. But if anybody has a second to write and make this situation possible. You wont be disappointed
