how good of an appetite suppresent is an nyc stack campared to an eca stack(the eca did nothing to shrink my appetite) also haqs anyone tried pepti-lean by sportpharma

As far as on paper...pepti-lean makes the grade, But I haven't tried it yet. The mag.....Planet muscle,has a good article on the stuff.

eca did it for me, however.. when i started nyc i felt hungry... it did nothing for hunger if not make it worse... everyone is diff though... so it might work for you.. good luck

Wasn't there a new type of Potato Chip with a weird ingredient that didn't make you fat with the name oligo...somethingorother? I could be way wrong here but it seems to ring a bell. There was also something about it stripping out something from your body. I'm sorry this is so sketchy but I tried doing a search and came up with nothing. Does anyone remember this? If it's not the same stuff I'm going to try it out.

I think your are refering to olean? I head that it can cause loss of bowel control.
