NY city

Ive asked this question before but only people from upstate ny have anwerd this question. are needled legal in ny CITY(5 buroughs) ny city and state sometimes have diffrent laws and policy

As stupid as this might sound...
It's my understanding that even though you can legally purchase syringes, possessing them is a misdemeanor. It's mentioned here:

Walk in a drug store and Say:

"Do I need a script to purchase needles, If not, May I have 1 box of a 100."

Why is that concept so difficult for people to understand.

i heard the 10 at a time rule hapened in january 2001 that article was written before i think , i wanted to but pins from pharmtools.com but i want to know if its going to be a bust

I would'nt worry about that. No way would they bother for syringes. As I said at best it's a misdemeanor.
