okay, i posted my diet on the diet board and we figured out that i needed more calories and like 20 more grams of protein or so...now since i am eating 7 times per day i dont have much more time to add any more meals yet (untill my body gets used to eating this much then i can up calories)..but i think i am going to start eating nuts throughout the day...what kind of nuts will give me
good calories (i am trying to stay somwhate healthy)
a little protein
some efa's
amd arent too bad for you
so far the options are
peanuts
cashews
any other kind of nut that is good and meets those requirements???
