Never been able to find anything that's under 7g of carb per 8 ounces.
Also, if you find the fat free version, you're going to be hitting around 18g of carbs, 11-14 of those being sugar.
I'm not too sure how much of soy milk is good a day, do you guys have any suggestions? I love to mix it into protein drinks, but am worried that I might be taking too much of it down, therefore throwing off my fat and carb ratios... But it's the only way I can drink Optimum protein, and I've got 10 freakin pounds of that stuff.
