Nutrition help please, all that can :)

I have hit 240 pounds now, my waist grew a bit, but oh well, I am now planning to use some strength shoes 3 days a week, that consists of aobut 35 minutes of speed work (mostly jumping and a little sprinting, carioca, etc.) per day. plus 4 days of some powerlifting lifts and BB lifts as well. I don't care much about size of the muscle any more, but more the strength within it. Will this be overtraining? =I dont want to gain any more weight=

I was using a BWx20 caloric intake to get where I am, What should I use now, i will need calories for both the speed work and some strenght gains in the gym. should i stick to the BW x20 and hope that that speed work will use up enough calories for me not to gain much weight?

Thank you for your help and time, please let me know if I make any sense ;)

BTW, fat loss does not matter to me; muscle loss and fat gain absolutely do.
