Nutrition at work.

As of late I started a bulk cycle while at the same time I got a new job. While at work due to the timing of break I somtimes find it hard to get all my meals in. Does it really matter how much food I consume in one sitting or is what matters calories in vs. calories out?
 
well in terms of keeping yourself in a positive state of nitrogen balance, to control insulin and blood sugar and to keep your metabolism working, you really ought to eat every few hours as opposed to one big meal

what type of work are you doing because i believe where there's a will tehre's a way. I am lucky that my two jobs so far have been office based so i can eat whilst working on the computer but at university it was harder, i'd excuse myself to the toilet at times and just sneak out to get some nutrition really lol
