Of lately I have noticed that just before shooting my load one of my nut goes on vacation and drops down minutes later, also the load color has changed as if blood is there, slight discomfort/pain in one of the nut. Though no issue with performance and libido. Did anyone face the same. So I need to worry or will it be OK by itself????

Dude hope you got this taken care of. If there's blood in your semen, you should be at a doctor, not looking here for help
