ntbm and uk customs

hey ..this questions for UK PPL AND NEEDTO.
i have had 2 orders from usa before ..from mr supps ...got the goods but uk customs sent me a letter sayin i had to pay £25 to have them released ,.import taxes cos the parcel was from a non e.u country...so has anyone on this site who lives in the U.K ,ordered from ntbm and had there goods without paying this custom charge?? im dying to place a big order from ntbm ,,,so pls reply you brits out there with your stories.

its actually parcel force ,who send the letter ,askin for payment with there charges ,or they wont release the package..

If I am informed correctly if those who send you the stuff could mark the package as "gift" then you wouldnt pay for additional taxes ect .

according to there website they now even charge you on the gift option also ,,.thats why i keep askin for ntbm to get a european distributor..like pp use predator nutrition ..at least i can get pp stuff next day delivery with no import taxes
