P Prime Rib New member Jun 4, 2003 #3 It's a bottle of marketing bullshit, just like most other stuff that EAS co-produces(they are the originators of this product).. All it is mainly is a HUGE dose Arginine, and some other stuff. Save your money for some good protein and glutamine. Josh
