that's the kind I have been using and it's easy to get. Clen is another option, but that's getting into other aspects of supps.

It's an OTC drug, apparently ephedrine is perfectly safe when sold OTC as a drug but as dangerous as heroin when sold as a supplement.

Bronkaid is ephedrine sulfate and you can find it in the OTC drug section of your local pharmacy/grocery store. Vasopro is ephedrine HCL and you can find it by searching on the internet. Both also contain guaifenesin which is an expectorant.
