Novarel HCG by Ferring Pharmaceuticals
I haven't seen this posted, so I thought I'd post it up.
I'm on this for HRT purposes. It was prescribed by my doc and picked up at a local pharmacy, so I know it's legit.

Not pictured: 10cc mixing needle. The 10cc of bacteriostatic water is drawn out and then put into the vial containing the HCG powder. Since it's 10,000 IU, you get a mixture of 1000 IU/mL. I'm on 250 IU 2x per week, so I'm injecting with a 1/2cc insulin syringe.
