See I'm not lookin forward to getting bitch tits so I hear and read of people taking it throughout the cycle starting after the 2nd week and other people just taking it as they "Notice" their estrogen levels raising. I'm still reading up but is like to take it during but my understanding is that it can and may hinder gains.
