I'd say stick with EF.
I would wager that any site out there that is geared towards what you are looking for is filled with fraudsters, trolls, and viral marketing.
This place (and the C&C board) are probably ideal because the folks here are just as competent as anywhere else and this community is well established, so you know who you can trust. Also, it's small enough not to have (and not to tolerate) a lot of the slimeballs that are attracted to that sort of thing.

Just perused through that site.
Just a site full of teens and bubble gummers all asking each other how to make money so they can pay off their college loans.
Pretty mickey mouse if you ask me. I doubt any of them have serious business education or experience. And it clearly shows.
Just stick to here. We're in the business world every day at 8am. They're waking up each day to smoke weed and head off to work at blockbuster.

he pays college kids $100/week to walk around campus with temporary tattoos on their forehead all day of different companies that pay him $150/week per head for the advertising.

THEN, find a unique angle to this industry and exploit it. ie: "Bringing something new to the table". That's what he did.
However, as an investor, i would have doubts on his long-term ability -- since he'll always be continually looking for new clients. I hope he uses that quick source of income to build the company and find other avenues of revenue. Otherwise it'll just die out as a "gimmick".
