Not to sore???

LifttoLive

New member
The past couple time i have worked my arms they dont get as sore. i work them out as hard as i can and they get really tired to where they cant lift much of anything, but they dont feel to sore the next day like they use too. What does this mean?

It means you aren't hitting the muscle from different angles! Once the muscle adapts to a position or movement it won't get as sore. The soreness isn't from weight it's from unfamiliar angles.

How many ways can you work you biceps? i do dumbell curls, ez bar curls, in and out. Have any other types that you know are good and can maybe get a different angle?

It might not be a bad thing. I've worked and not been sore the next day many times and still grew.

Exactly! Soreness does not mean you are working the muscle! I always thought if I wasn't sore I wasn't growing. Just use your immagination and you'll do fine!

I have the same problem. im never sore, but still growing. it takes getting used to. I used to think I had to be sore, but thats not the case.

your recovery ability is most likely improving.

i hardly ever get sore the day after on cycle but off that is a different story. i take full advantage of my increased recovery and sometimes go a week straight without a day off. some might call that overtraining but my workouts dont suffer and i improve each time.

being sore is a bad thing guys, not getting sore is exactly what you want. only tren does that for me.

sore muscle doesn't always mean good, my muscle are not really sore anymore after workouts and there still growing slowly.

peace
