Well, as far as NY, LI DC there should be no question.... TX and FL some nice places but, SO I guess I don't have one here, except they keep rebuilding when every year the same thing happens. Ya know the definition of insanity?

I'd run, better yet fill the tank and go..... get the fuck outta there. OK so parts of New York below sea level, and.... well...... They don't get slammed by hurricanes that actually take over major area's of the city. It's not rocket science.
