Not hungry in the mornings... :(

When I wake up at 8 I am not hungry. I choke down a bagel, banana and protein shake, but every morning I almost throw up.

Any advice?
 
i actually get hungrier when i eat more and better foods the night before just before bed. When i have a serving of cottage chees just before bed, i tend to be REALLy hungry when i wake up.

If i havent eaten for like an hour before bedtime i'm not nearly as hungry the next day.

I think this has something to do, with your metabolism. If you have a slow digesting meal just before bed your body is just in the state of getting really hungry when you wake up. If you dont do this your body has that feeling in the middle of the night but as you are sleeping you can do nothing about it, and the feeling goes away.

Just like when you are really hungry during the day, and you still put off eating the feeling goes away after half a hour.

Anyway having a slow digesting meal just before bedtime works for me try it
 
I had the exact same prob try getting up 530 600 you will be hungry as shit b4 8 if.
if i wake up 8:00 -9 i will literaly have to force feed myself too
 
had the same problem when i started my diet,whoke up at 5-5:30am wasn't hungry,got on the train at 6:00am wasn't hungry
7-8am lifting empty stomach,got hungry but lifting mad it go away:/

now i eat 2whole eggs before that in the am

BTW i checked myself waist-31,chest-37,Biceps-was a bitch trying to get the measure around
 
Wake up a little earlier, do 20 minutes of intense cardio, then wait an hour to eat. You'll be starving AND you'll burn fat and up your BMR for a couple hours...
